Shipping
  • We offer FREE economy shipping within the US.
  • Orders will be precessed & Shipped within 2-5 Business Days (Unless otherwise noted) Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days.
  • Copper & Sage is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or late packages once they leave us. 
  • The buyer will need to file a claim with the USPS for lost or missing packages.
  • During SITEWIDE sales shipping fees may change
  • Refunds will not be given for lost packages.

Returns

  •  While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy! 

  • We are happy to issue a full refund if contacted within 7 days of receipt of item and the item has never been worn or washed. If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you.  
  • To initiate a return, please email us first. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well.   
  • Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records. 
  • Items bought with a coupon code and sale items that end in .99 are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.
